Magic is the general, and most often used, term in Althas used to describe the extra-natural ability of najiros (and consequently jevrethor) to manipulate the body and the world around them.

The formal Noralar term for Magic is Emhovair ("Inner Power"). The informal term used is Najecre ("Magic").

The formal Old Maelan term for Magic is Innraríce ("Inner Power"). The informal term used is Galdorice ("Spell Power").
